It's time to pay for our yearly stay at a little get away... up north!
A place where we gather, regardless of weather,
with family and friends for a week every year.
Soaking in sun while finding rock treasures,
sharing a meal that everyone pleasures.
Reading and often responding to teases,
later lulled to sleep by the Lake Michigan waves and breezes.
Laughing by lakeside, exploring the town,
this time with my family is priceless, I've found.
